About PCB Design Workshop

Amrita TBI PCB design online workshop helps the participants to gain knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects. This workshop aimed to provide full knowledge on PCB design even though if the participants don't have prior knowledge in PCB. The content is prepared in such a way that to train participants from zero to mastery.

This workshop will be very useful for innovators who develop innovative electronic devices, final year engineering students who are looking for jobs and scholars doing research.

Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) the core component in almost all electronic gadgets including cell phones, computers, and laptops, etc. PCBs are also used as a power supply in a wide variety of electronic appliances, in particular portable music equipment, mobile phone SIM cards, video or camera cards, etc.

PCB design is inevitable for any electronic circuits. Apart from electrically connecting, it also gives mechanical support to the electrical components. The PCB designs can be created both manually and automatically. Manual layouts are created with the help of CAD drafting, and the automatic router helps in the creation of the designs automatically. The designers usually prefer the manual way of designs, since they can implement their ideas and techniques in them.
