Aum Amriteshwaryai Namah: Namah Shivaya All: Recently, TBI hosted the Amrita Innovation Awards. We had a tremendous response from the student/faculty community at all campuses. We received 208 submissions with participation from about 700 students. We have evaluated these applications and our intent is to provide every participant with a response once the evaluations are completed. Out of these 208 submissions we have filtered many of them for the participation certificate and some of them for cash awards. The factors we used to evaluate were Innovativeness, Practicality, Deployability, Sustainability, Low Cost, and Societal Impact. We have tabulated all the results for issuance of participation certificates. The results will be published on Amrita TBI website by noon Oct 17 and the list of cash award winners will be posted on the web site by October 20. We are very happy with the level of participation in this program, which we hope was a good training for everyone and an asset to this great institution. We thank you very much for your encouragement and support.
